Thank You, Community Partners (12)!
Seven (7) Faith-Based Institutions [First Presbyterian Church, First United Methodist Church of Ashland, South Mountain Friends Meeting (Quakers), Temple Emek Shalom, Trinity Episcopal, Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalists Fellowship (UU), United Congregational Church of Christ (UCC)], Four (4) Nonprofit Organizations [Options for Helping Residents of Ashland (OHRA), Southern Oregon Jobs With Justice (SOJWJ), Ashland Culture of Peace Commission (ACPC), ACCESS] and The City of Ashland.
We have been actively involved with Ashland's unhoused since our inception in 2015 starting with our Listening Project on a street corner. Care for our community's homeless is essential for a culture of peace.
David Wick - Executive Director, Ashland Culture of Peace Commission
We are proud to enter our 11th year of helping our most vulnerable homeless residents at Ashland's Winter Shelter! Keeping our unhoused neighbors off the street on coldest nights, warm and fed is key to God’s call to help and welcome all who are in need.
Rev. Dan Fowler - Pastor, First Presbyterian Church of Ashland
